Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer acquisition, and online sales.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce marketing funnel to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Monitor website performance, user journeys, and conversion metrics, recommending improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Manage influencer, affiliate, and creator marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on beauty, fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Proven success growing an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand through digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), remarketing, and customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fashion, Retail, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Agency experience is an added advantage.
