Job Summary

A fast-growing Beauty & Cosmetics and E-commerce company is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital growth strategy, increase online visibility, and drive revenue through high-performing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands using data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer acquisition, and online sales.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce marketing funnel to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Monitor website performance, user journeys, and conversion metrics, recommending improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage influencer, affiliate, and creator marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on beauty, fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven success growing an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand through digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), remarketing, and customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fashion, Retail, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
  • Agency experience is an added advantage.
