Maintenance Technician

A hotel and apartment in Eleganza, Ajah, Lagos is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of its facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and general facility maintenance, with the ability to respond promptly to maintenance issues while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems.
• Operate and monitor generators, water systems, pumps, and power supply equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
• Keep maintenance records and report equipment faults when necessary.
• Support the overall upkeep of the hotel and apartment facilities.

• Proven experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to inspect, maintain, and repair facility systems.
