Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of programmes and projects.
- Monitor programme activities to ensure milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets where applicable.
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation activities to measure programme impact.
- Maintain accurate programme records and documentation.
- Identify potential project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Provide administrative and operational support for programme activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of programme processes and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in programme or project management.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in project monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is an added advantage.
