Job Summary

A company is seeking a Technical Product Associate to support the development, optimization, and scaling of marketplace and platform products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in product management, engineering, or systems, with hands-on experience in APIs, workflow automation, CRM systems, and no-code/low-code platforms. This role requires excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive product improvements and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end development and scaling of marketplace and platform products.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define product requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Design and optimize backend workflows, APIs, data models, and system architecture.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using no-code and low-code tools such as Airtable, Sharetable, and Zapier.
  • Manage CRM systems, sales pipelines, and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze product performance and recommend improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Prepare product presentations, documentation, and reports using Canva, Google Slides, or Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely product delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through automation and technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure product solutions align with business objectives and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical background in Product Management, Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' relevant experience in product, engineering, or systems roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling marketplace or platform products from concept to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and workflow architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools, particularly Airtable, Sharetable, and Zapier.
  • Experience with CRM systems, automation, and pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation skills using Canva, Google Slides, or Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
