Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retail banking customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding the existing customer portfolio.
- Promote and sell the bank's products and services to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Provide financial advisory services tailored to customers' financial needs and objectives.
- Manage customer portfolios, ensuring regular reviews and effective relationship management.
- Conduct credit assessments and support risk management processes in line with bank policies.
- Identify business development opportunities and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably a business-related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a management position with responsibility for retail and marketing units, relationship management, product management, or retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of financial advisory services.
- Good understanding of the business environment.
- Knowledge of credit and risk management.
- Sound understanding of banking structure, policies, and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
- Excellent customer service, marketing, sales, and relationship management skills.
