Job Summary

Jubaili Agrotec Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to support the company's human resources operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR best practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR activities.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Administer leave management, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Provide support on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Assist with training coordination and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required Qualifications

  • First Degree (HND/B.Sc.) in Human Resources or any related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
