Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, and computers efficiently.
- Prepare and process documents using word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including preparing invoices, checks, and maintaining financial records.
- Record accurate minutes during meetings and assist with documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic records.
- Support office management with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Assist in coordinating daily office activities and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications
