Raenest is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and empathetically through designated support channels.
  • Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve situations that may not have predefined solutions.
  • Learn and effectively use ticketing systems, QA platforms, and other customer support tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Receive and implement feedback to improve performance and service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and customer support procedures.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while handling sensitive situations involving customer accounts and transactions.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of professional work experience (fresh graduates and early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of coachability and openness to feedback.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with clear, empathetic, and grammatically correct English.
