The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a strong problem-solving mindset. This role requires an individual who can work efficiently with minimal supervision to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via designated communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding the company’s telecom products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records.
Work independently or with minimal supervision to achieve daily customer service targets and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital tools.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is an added advantage.
