Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records and databases.
Help facilitate internal communications and handle employee inquiries with professionalism.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes for new hires.
Utilize computer systems to prepare reports, memos, and documents as required by management.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) in any Social Science discipline or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in a similar administrative or HR role.
Strong computer literacy (proficiency in standard office software/tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
