Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
* Manage front of house operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
* Perform administrative duties, managing correspondence and utilizing digital workspaces.
* Multi-task and coordinate desk activities efficiently under a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solve customer complaints or issues with strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree qualification.
* Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
* Professional appearance with an excellent customer service orientation.
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative roles is an advantage.
* Interest in fitness, wellness, and hospitality is an added advantage.
