Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Fem3le candidate.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales or Customer Service Representative in a fashion house or ready-to-wear brand.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-oriented.
- Must reside in Oworoshoki or its surrounding areas.
