Architect

Cloreto Group is seeking a smart, detail-oriented Architect to support the design and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural design expertise with modern digital workflow capabilities to deliver innovative, compliant, and high-quality projects from concept through construction.

• Lead architectural design from concept development to construction documentation.
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, renderings, and technical reports.
• Translate client requirements into practical, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers throughout project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, RFIs, and technical submissions.
• Prepare planning approval documentation and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Present design concepts and provide professional guidance to clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian building regulations, planning standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Conduct quality reviews to minimize design errors and improve project delivery.
• Research and recommend innovative architectural solutions, sustainable materials, and modern construction technologies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, ArchiCAD, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, construction detailing, and project coordination.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
