Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Support HR operations, including workforce planning and project staffing.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, recruitment documentation, and candidate databases.
- Liaise with internal departments and project stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth workforce integration.
- Prepare HR and recruitment reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and recruitment procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' working experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and HR coordination.
- Experience supporting large-scale or project-based environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
