Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks and provide day-to-day executive support.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the executive.
Required Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant to executives.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and a professional appearance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the initiative to work independently.
- Must reside within Magodo, Ketu, or Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
