Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Attend meetings with the Managing Director, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Screen calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare relevant documentation when required.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
