Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Attend meetings with the Managing Director, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Screen calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Organize travel arrangements and prepare relevant documentation when required.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and reports.
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
