Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Oversee performance management and compensation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Partner with business owners, board members, and senior executives to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service-driven organizations.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is required.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and labour laws.
- Proven ability to work with business owners, board members, and senior executives.
- Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
