Job Summary

Pella Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk/Customer Service Personnel to provide excellent front desk support, attend to clients, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with their needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
