Dispatch Rider

A Dispatch Rider is needed to ensure the timely and secure delivery of shipments within Lagos and coordinate interstate dispatches while maintaining excellent customer service and accurate delivery records.

• Deliver shipments within Lagos promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate outbound deliveries to other states through approved transport partners.
• Record all items sent and received accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with the Lagos operations team.
• Handle customer interactions professionally during pickups and deliveries.
• Report delays, issues, or discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure the safe handling of all consignments.

• Previous experience as a dispatch rider is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
