Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT support requests efficiently
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems
- Assist users through helpdesk, ticketing systems, and remote support tools
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance

Required Qualifications
