Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Maintain professional communication with customers across various channels
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with administrative and customer service operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business for daily tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support branch operations and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member posted to Akure or nearby axis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
