Trading Operations & Customer Service Officer

A financial services company is seeking a Trading Operations & Customer Service Officer to manage OTC trading operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in trading operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.

• Execute and monitor over-the-counter (OTC) trades
• Confirm trade details and maintain accurate transaction records
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on transactions
• Coordinate trade settlements and resolve operational issues
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in trading operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Support daily trading activities and operational processes

• HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in trading operations or financial services
• Knowledge of OTC trading and customer service processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants residing in Lekki and its environs have an added advantage
