Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor over-the-counter (OTC) trades
- Confirm trade details and maintain accurate transaction records
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on transactions
- Coordinate trade settlements and resolve operational issues
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in trading operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Support daily trading activities and operational processes
Required Qualifications
- HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in trading operations or financial services
- Knowledge of OTC trading and customer service processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants residing in Lekki and its environs have an added advantage
