A salon business in Abuja is seeking an experienced Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain efficient inventory and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management experience within a service-based business environment.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon
• Supervise staff and manage work schedules
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Handle cash management and prepare basic financial reports
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control processes

• Experience managing operations in a salon or service-based business
• Staff supervision and scheduling experience
• Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills

• Experience in the barbering or beauty industry
