Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations
- Assist with project cost tracking and budget monitoring
- Support financial reporting and accounting compliance activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in an accounting role
- Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based industries is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
