Job Summary

Goethe-Institut Nigeria is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Institute. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, visitors, and partners while ensuring efficient administrative coordination and office management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative operations of the Institute
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, visitors, and partners
  • Provide customer support and administrative coordination
  • Process invoices and maintain administrative records
  • Communicate and coordinate with service providers
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Language Department and Finance & Administration Department
  • Assist in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous administrative experience is an advantage
