Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine content pillar strategies across multiple social channels
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with posting schedules
- Recommend strategic improvements based on engagement and growth metrics
- Create platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Schedule and publish approved content consistently across social platforms
- Manage social scheduling tools and ensure timely content delivery
- Coordinate with videographers and content creators to maintain posting schedules
- Maintain a rolling content calendar accessible to stakeholders
- Write engaging captions in the founder's authentic voice
- Adapt messaging and tone to different content pillars and platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Escalate sensitive or urgent issues when necessary
- Proactively engage with followers, customers, and relevant communities
- Identify and reshare valuable user-generated content
- Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media strategy for a brand or founder-led account
- Proven track record of achieving measurable growth results
- Strong expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Experience developing and managing content calendars
- Excellent caption writing and copywriting skills
- Ability to write authentically in a founder's first-person voice
- Experience in community management and audience engagement
- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Later or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Beauty, hair care, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is strongly preferred
