Key Responsibilities
Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Implement HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance with Nigerian labor laws and best practices.
Handle conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management across all organization levels.
Design and support training, learning, and development programs tailored for tech-oriented teams.
Utilize HRIS tools and analyze basic data to generate reports and drive data-driven HR decisions.
Manage multiple priorities effectively within a hybrid work setting.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proven experience in recruiting is a mandatory requirement.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices applicable in Nigeria.
Proficiency with HRIS tools, basic data analysis, and reporting.
Experience working with or supporting tech or tech-enabled teams is a strong plus.
Demonstrated skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
