Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist in managing employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain HR and administrative systems and records
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist the General Manager with administrative and HR tasks
- Improve processes to enhance accountability and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR or People Operations
- Experience in startups, SMEs, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
