Job Summary

An organization is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to support the General Manager in overseeing the full employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and maintaining systems that drive accountability and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assist in managing employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain HR and administrative systems and records
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist the General Manager with administrative and HR tasks
  • Improve processes to enhance accountability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in HR or People Operations
  • Experience in startups, SMEs, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
