Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth across key FMCG channels.
- Activate and manage distributors, wholesalers, and off-takers.
- Leverage existing trade networks to accelerate market entry.
- Execute field sales and trade activation activities.
- Track basic sales records and stock movement.
- Work closely with leadership on go-to-market execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–6 years’ FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing experience in Nigeria.
- Proven experience with distributors, wholesalers, or off-takers.
- Strong field sales capability and market presence.
- Practical understanding of FMCG distribution in Nigeria.
- Existing distributor/trade network is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
