Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)

Heirs Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Group Chief Financial Officer to lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, governance, and operations. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and tax strategy across multiple business entities within the group.

• Lead group-wide financial strategy and operational oversight
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and tax planning
• Manage risk management and governance frameworks
• Supervise performance monitoring systems across entities
• Provide executive-level financial insights for strategic decisions
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations
• Drive financial efficiency and long-term value creation 

• Minimum of 18 years’ experience in financial control, risk, compliance, and operations
• Professional qualification (ICAN or ACCA) is mandatory
• MBA or MSc is mandatory
• Strong experience in group finance, financial reporting, tax strategy, and compliance
• Proven track record in executive financial leadership roles
• Experience in large conglomerates, multinational organizations, or financial institutions
