Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent achievement of assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the market
- Ensure optimal product distribution, visibility, and availability across outlets
- Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports for management review
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- 2–5 years proven experience in FMCG and/or hospitality sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Target-driven mindset with strong sales performance history
- Good understanding of Lagos market routes and distribution networks
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
