Payloader Operator

Nine Stars Agricultural Company Limited is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Payloader Operator to handle heavy equipment operations across construction, agricultural, and industrial sites. The role involves operating, maintaining, and ensuring the safe use of payloader machinery while supporting efficient site operations.

• Operate payloader equipment to load, transport, and move materials efficiently
• Conduct daily inspections before and after equipment use
• Ensure proper material handling to reduce damage and wastage
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
• Follow all site safety regulations and operational procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and other operators for smooth workflow
• Maintain records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance
• Keep equipment clean and in optimal working condition

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Valid operator certification or relevant heavy equipment experience
• Proven experience operating payloaders in construction, agricultural, or industrial settings
• Good knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and accountable
