Job Summary

Koolboks is hiring a Telesales Executive to drive sales of its products by engaging prospective and existing customers. The role involves lead generation, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote products
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in telesales

  • Prior experience in a sales role is mandatory
