Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and route them appropriately
- Handle front desk inquiries and provide basic organizational information
- Maintain visitor logbook and enforce office security procedures
- Receive, sort, and distribute mails, documents, and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
- Support basic administrative tasks including filing and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Track and assist with office supplies replenishment
- Escalate issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/BSc in a relevant field
- Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
