Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while handling front office operations, administrative support, and ensuring a professional and organized reception environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and route them appropriately
  • Handle front desk inquiries and provide basic organizational information
  • Maintain visitor logbook and enforce office security procedures
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mails, documents, and deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
  • Support basic administrative tasks including filing and data entry
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • Liaise with internal departments for smooth office operations
  • Track and assist with office supplies replenishment
  • Escalate issues when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
  • Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality
