Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer & Bank Teller will support customer transactions, provide front-line banking services, and ensure efficient handling of client inquiries within a merchant banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service duties and respond to client inquiries
  • Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide front-line support for customers in the branch

Required Qualifications
