Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning processes
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
- Coordinate training and employee development programs
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Maintain HR records, reporting systems, and workforce analytics
- Support health, safety, security, and environmental initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) preferred
- 7–10 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR operations
- Proficiency in HR analytics, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
