Sales Associate

Neutratech is hiring Sales Associates to drive sales and help customers access clean, safe drinking water solutions. This role offers strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses, alongside career growth in a dynamic work environment.

• Promote and sell water solutions to prospective customers
• Identify and engage potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

• OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently
• Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
• Car ownership is an added advantage

Base salary: ₦250,000 monthly
Commission: ₦150,000 – ₦290,000 per sale
Total earning potential: ₦470,000+ monthly
