Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing route-to-market strategies, improving distribution efficiency, and building strong sales team capabilities to drive market expansion and business growth.




Key Responsibilities


Design and implement route-to-market strategies to enhance product availability and coverage

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity

Improve distribution networks and sales channel effectiveness

Develop and deliver sales capability and training programs for teams

Support commercial planning and execution of sales strategies

Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and sales teams for business alignment



Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

Proven experience in sales strategy, FMCG distribution, or commercial operations

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficiency in sales performance tools and reporting systems
