Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling
- Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer follow-ups
- Lead and support a small customer service team
- Set daily targets and monitor staff performance
- Track key metrics such as response time, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction
- Identify issues and recommend process improvements
- Act as a brand representative for premium fashion and leather goods
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
- Team leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong ability to close sales and handle objections
- Experience executing marketing or sales campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in English (Yoruba or Igbo is an advantage)
- Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and spreadsheets
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in fashion, luxury goods, and lifestyle brands
