Job Summary

Bourdillon Hotel & Apartment is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality culinary experiences. The role requires strong leadership, menu development skills, and the ability to maintain consistent food standards in a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all kitchen operations
  • Develop and design menus for local and international cuisine
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency standards
  • Control food costs and manage kitchen budgets

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
