Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate movement and distribution of products
- Prepare and monitor delivery schedules for timely dispatch
- Ensure proper documentation of deliveries (waybills, invoices, delivery notes)
- Coordinate loading and offloading activities
- Monitor transportation costs and recommend cost-saving measures
- Track deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities
- Maintain staff records, company files, contracts, and official documents
- Ensure adequate supply and control of office consumables and equipment
