Marketing & Operations Associate

X Holdings is seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing & Operations Associate to support marketing activities, coordinate field operations, and strengthen execution within the Uyo market through effective community engagement and operational support.

• Support marketing initiatives and campaign execution
• Coordinate field activities and on-ground operations
• Engage with stakeholders and manage communication effectively
• Collect, analyze, and report field data accurately
• Assist in event coordination and brand activations
• Support content creation for event coverage and documentation
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing and operational tasks within the region

• Generalist profile with ability to work across multiple functions
• Must be based in Uyo or familiar with the Champions Breweries environment and surrounding community
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to gather, analyze, and relay accurate field information
• Experience in event coordination and activations is an added advantage
• Content creation skills are a plus
