Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage daily activities across all social media platforms, including engagement with followers
- Create, plan, and manage content calendars
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and business objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance with actionable insights
- Grow and maintain online communities while ensuring consistent brand image and tone
- Handle content creation support including visuals, short videos, and campaign materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
- Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and social media advertising
- Experience with analytics tools and basic graphic design
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to shoot content using a camera
- Strong trend research and digital marketing awareness
- Ability to generate performance reports and analytics insights
