Machine Operators

A glass processing company in Lagos is seeking skilled Machine Operators to handle production machinery and ensure efficient, high-quality output. The role requires hands-on mechanical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with rotating shifts.

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Support efficient production processes across shifts
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

• 1–2 years of experience in a mechanical or industrial setting
• Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work rotating morning and night shifts

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience with AutoCAD
