Sales Agent (Customer Care Division)

Chikatina Hairs is seeking a customer-focused Sales Agent to join its Customer Care Division. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and driving sales through excellent customer engagement across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, customer service, and sales support within a fast-paced beauty business environment.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email
• Provide product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure successful delivery follow-up
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into paying customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Gather and report customer feedback and market insights
• Meet customer service and sales performance targets

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related role is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle complaints professionally and calmly
• Knowledge of social media platforms and WhatsApp Business
• Basic computer skills and ability to use customer management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
