Sales Representative

Chikatina Hairs is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell its hair products, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and the beauty industry with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.

• Promote and sell Chikatina Hairs products to customers and prospects
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
• Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly
• Conduct market research on customer needs and competitors
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven sales experience (beauty, hair, cosmetics, or retail industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Knowledge of social media and online sales platforms is an advantage
• Must be proactive, confident, and result-oriented
