Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff management processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and employee relations activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with school leadership on HR-related matters
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment
Required Qualifications
- M@le candidate (for gender balance)
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience
- Must hold a recognised HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must reside within or around the Ajah–Epe axis in Lagos
- Experience in an educational setting is an added advantage
