Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Salve Consulting is seeking a proactive and highly organised Human Resources & Operations Assistant to support end-to-end HR coordination, recruitment processes, and internal operations. The role involves working closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth candidate experience, efficient administrative systems, and seamless execution of HR and client-related activities within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and feedback
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and client placements
  • Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and databases
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and people management programmes
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
  • Prepare, format, and file business documents, reports, proposals, and templates
  • Handle correspondence and respond to routine enquiries
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and company programmes
  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, escalating risks when necessary
  • Support client engagements including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and status updates for clients and internal teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean, and dynamic environment
