Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Present and promote company properties to prospective clients
- Conduct site inspections and property tours
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of Akure and/or Lagos property markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing
