Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Handle front desk and client relations duties professionally
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Record and track customer complaints and feedback
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at all times
- Support administrative and customer service operations
Required Qualifications
- BSc Degree or HND in Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in customer service, front desk, or client relations
- Must reside within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or have a seamless commute
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, professional accent
- High emotional intelligence, patience, and strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
